This set is costume jewellery quality. It will tarnish over time as does other popular brands. Keep away from water and such liquids.
To change charms you will need to remove one of the ends by opening the gap in the small spacer ring. Once you have exchanged the charm, attach the end back on and close up the ring. You may need some small pliers or simular to do so.
